HERE WE GO AGAIN!
Just when things are beginning to get back to “normal”, all vaccinated or recovered, trips postponed taken, back to work, day to day living normalizing, we find we must cancel our Peru trip- not due to covid, but to political unrest that has essentially shut Peru down, cost lives and property. There was simply no way to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being, nor have an experience that fulfills our expectations. Thus, the trip is on the shelf, hopefully to be resurrected when things stabilize to our satisfaction. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Peru and hope they come to a peaceful resolution satisfactory to all Peruvians.
For our 2024 trip we are heading to Provence, Lyon and Burgundy in France! There will be 3 nights in Aix en Provence, 3 nights in Lyon and 3 Nights in Beaune. The clinical sessions are in progress, will be outstanding as usual. There will be a pre-tour to the Cote D’Azur and a post-tour to the Beaches of Normandy and Mont-Saint-Michel. So, brush up on your French, wine tasting and gourmet taste buds! I have discovered a wonderful French single malt matured in cognac casks (Brenne), which I hope to enjoy nightly with our NACDS friends! Cathy and I look forward to seeing everyone there and changing the headline to “there we go again”!

Membership
Membership in the North American Clinical Dermatologic Society is by invitation and is open to board certified (or international equivalent) dermatologists and dermatopathologists. We rely on the recommendations of our members. The Society has an annual meeting, often in the spring, at an interesting travel destination which offers both an educational and a travel experience.
